Advanced Factories

From 18 to 20 April, experts from the fields of industrial automation, robotics, machine-tool and digital manufacturing met in Barcelona to discuss the latest technologies in these areas. At the Gran Via venues of Fira Barcelona, the annual Advanced Factories Summit was the perfect platform to learn more about automation and Industry 4.0 technologies – from artificial intelligence to cybersecurity and the digital twin to systems integration software and much more.

Accompanied by the Industry 4.0 Congress, participants got valuable insights into the latest technology trends and learned more about the implementation of new business models.

The Flex4Res project partner Savvy was also represented at the summit. At their booth visitors learned more about the European research project and its goals to strengthen the resilience of supply chains.
